Company Background and Goals:

The National Law Center for Children and Families (NLC) is a non-profit law center formed in 1991 and has since served as an agent of change and education in the area of child sexual exploitation and obscenity law. Their website goals were:

• Have a site that conveys their professional image, yet is highly functional, feature rich and easy to maintain.
• Have the ability to easily upload press releases, new briefs and court filings, and other information pertinent to their audience.
• Offer their newsletter, the NLC Reporter, online and allow their visitors to subscribe and unsubscribe to the newsletter without staff intervention.
• Have the capability to sell downloadable reports and other items online.

Katalyst Role:

Katalyst designed a new website based on their goals, target audience, and branding. We implemented a content management system and eCommerce system so that they could manage their site and shopping cart system as well as accept online donations. We met and exceeded each one of their goals.
