Company Background and Goals:

Carefree Office focuses on providing high quality imaging equipment, supplies, services and office products to their customers in the Northern Virgina, Washington, D.C. and Maryland areas. Since 1995, they have built and maintained a reputation for excellence by surpassing the expectations of our customers. Their goals for the site were:

• Have a professional, high quality site that is representative of their own quality of service and professionalism.
• Attract prospective customers by highlighting their products and services.
• Provide a better customer experience for their existing customers by simplifying ordering products, and other routine customer interactions.
• Have a dynamic website that would allow them to quickly and easily update content, product information, and pricing to be able to quickly respond to industry and competitive changes.
• Drive more traffic to their website from the search engines.

Katalyst Role:

We worked with Carefree Office to develop the navigation structure, the content outline, and website design that met each of their goals and objectives. We implemented the content management system to allow them to maintain their content, manage their menus, and upload product images. We also successfully deployed an online newsletter subscription feature, which allows their customers and prospective customers to subscribe to receive monthly pricing specials via email.
