Katalyst Role:

For Tysons Auto Specialties, we implemented an On-line Newsletter subscription system and an On-Line Customer Satisfaction Survey. The newsletter system allows Tysons Auto customers to subscribe online as well as unsubscribe, all without Tysons Auto staff having to intervene. The staff can then upload new newsletter content each month and send out the newsletter via email with automated links back to their website. The customer satisfaction survey will allow Tysons Auto to gather feedback on their customers’ experience to use to improve their service.
